A several-hundred seating 360degree cinema was the parallel star feature of the Australia Pavilion (the other feature being the tropical rainforest atrium of the Pavilion).
Called the Australia Hexaplex, this 12-minute made for Seville presentation commenced with a 360degree slide show of the people, culture, sport, and natural landmarks of Australia, and concluded with a transformation of the presentation screen into a 360deg rotating movie format - giving the impression of 'flying' with the audio-visual.
An also made for Seville stirring contemporary Australian fx soundtrack joined the video presentation.
