Sri-Lankan tea was one of the refreshments served at this representation from Sri-Lanka.

Also featured in this batik-ceiled and walled Pavilion was a replica of a famous Sri-Lanakan statue of Buddha; a rare collection of gems and jewellery; and, displays of the fine skills needed to cut, polish and refine them. Static photographic and wood model displays further highlighted the traditional role of religion and culture in Sri-Lankan day-to-day life.

The Sri-Lankan Restaurant in the Pavilion was also quite popular.
